Programs Our Approach

InPartnership’s program approach is responsive to the needs of individuals, work units, and your organization as a whole.

  • It is a participative model in which your organization’s leaders and team members participate with the consultants to identify intervention issues, plan an intervention and evaluation process, and develop an action plan which follows the retreat or workshop.

  • It is also an education model in which the consulting and facilitating skills of the consultants are shared with the participants so that they will be equipped to conduct additional problem-solving and team building after the conclusion of our work together
