Our leadership programs build on a practical model of what effective leaders can do to be clear about the results they want to achieve, the working environments they want to create and the relationships they need to build and sustain.

Individuals engaged in our leadership programs learn to:

We offer cutting-edge leadership development programs both directly for organizations and in conjunction with academic institutions. The nature of our programs vary considerably, from an 80-Hour Global Executive Management Certificate Program with 10 units of continuing education credit to single-day leadership skill development workshops. We work closely with our program partners Holy Names University and the Rockwood Leadership Program in many of our leadership programs.
