Programs Global Teaming Strategies

InPartnership’s Programs in Global Teaming Strategies enable teams to work more effectively together by leveraging the cultural differences present in the team for increased innovation and effectiveness.

Our programs begin with an assessment to determine the challenges and opportunities that exist in the team, specifically looking at the current state of the team’s communication, ability to work together and emerging patterns, issues and systemic challenges facing the group.

Exact components of the program will vary depending on the needs of the team, but tend to involve experiential learning formats, the development of guidelines for working together, learning reflection and action planning. These programs focus on targeted skill development in such areas as conflict resolution, trust building, active listening, questioning and reframing.
